FAQs

How soon should I book a wedding planner or coordinator?
As soon as you get engaged you should find the right wedding planner or coordinator. I book two years in advance so between 6-12 months notice is ideal depending on the service needed and availability. The sooner the better to ensure your date is available on my calendar.
What are your fees?
Fees vary based on the level of service and complexity of the wedding. I customize my fees to better suit your needs and ensure my time is valued. Sound fair? Your fees can be altered depending on guest count, services needed, and location. Remember, I am the bride's bestie behind the scenes to ensure your day is nothing but perfect!
Are you insured?
Absolutely! I carry professional liability insurance and can email it when requested by the bride or venue.
How do we get started?
You have already started by exploring the right wedding planner and coordinator! Now all you need to do is complete the contact form on my website www.bridalbeyondevents.com/contact and we can get to know one another and discuss your vision, needs, and next steps. Don't leave out any details! This will better prepare me for our call. You will receive an email or text message with a link to schedule at your convenience a phone call. If you are local, lets grab a coffee on me!
How many coordinators are present on the day of the event?
I typically am the only coordinator unless it is more than 150 guests. If you rent any decor, tablecloths, chargers, pedestals, mirrors, etc, I may bring an assistant but that is not charge to you! Depending on location, I may bring an assistant that can help capture a few photos behind the scenes and of your day to share with you right away. Wouldn't you love to see a few sneak peek photos of your day by the end of the night? My brides love when I do this!
What do you do if it rains on the day of my wedding?
There is always a plan B! Most venues provide a plan B for your big day unless you really insist on not having a plan B. For me, I try to always be prepared for the worst of the worst because I want to always have a solution ready to play out for the big day! I can tell you unforgettable stories of the things I have done and what I came up with instantly to execute and it was perfect!
Do you offer add on services?
Yes, I offer additional services that can be added to your custom package. I customize my packages for each bride because every bride has unique preferences and needs.
What kind of planning services do you offer?
I offer a range of services tailored to meet your needs including partial and full planning, month-of coordination, destination weddings, bridal and baby showers, and honeymoon planning. I work closely with you to understand your preferences and budget to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
What are your company's values?
I deeply appreciate the time and effort it takes to plan a wedding and I am committed to ensuring that nothing goes to waste. As your wedding planner and/or coordinator, I will do everything possible to ensure that your day runs perfectly and smoothly, making it as stress-free as possible for you.
How many other weddings or events will you be working on?
To provide dedicated attention and exceptional service, I do not work with more than two to three brides a month. This allows me to focus fully on each bride, ensuring that I deliver 100% for every wedding. I carefully manage my schedule to accommodate complex celebrations, ensuring each of my client receives my undivided attention.
Can you plan or coordinate a wedding at a venue if you've never been there before?
Absolutely! I will familiarize myself thoroughly with the venue, understanding all protocols and guidelines. I stay in close contact with the venue to ensure every detail is aligned with your preferences and agreements, guaranteeing a perfect wedding day.
Do you take payments?
Yes, I require a $500.00 non-refundable retainer fee in order to reserve your date on my calendar and guarantee I will be there for you on the big day! After the non-refundable retainer fee is made, payments can be divided into 2 to 3 installments, spaced over 3,6,9 months, assuming your wedding is a year away. If your wedding or an event is less than 12 months away when you reserve your date with me, we will discuss the installments.
Can you help us build and prioritize our budget?
Absolutely! I am here to help you manage your budget wisely, ensuring you don't spend any extra pennies unnecessarily. My priority is to make your dream wedding a reality, within your budget constraints.
Do you accommodate cultural or religious traditions?
Absolutely! I am more than willing to accommodate any cultural or religious traditions for your wedding. I have had the privilege of organizing various cultural weddings, and I am eager to research and learn more about new traditions. If there is anything I am uncomfortable with learning or accommodating, I will communicate openly with you to ensure everything aligns with your vision and values. My goal is to respect and honor your traditions while creating a beautiful and memorable celebration. I have seen and assisted with common cultural traditions that I can share stories about. Just ask me!
