Meet
Every celebration begins with a conversation.
During your introductory consultation, we will get to know you, hear your story, and learn more about your wedding vision, priorities, style, and planning needs. This is where we begin to understand what matters most to you and how we can best support your celebration.
It is also an opportunity for you to get to know Kelly, ask questions, and begin imagining what the planning experience could look like together.
II.
Reserve Your Date
After our initial conversation, we will prepare a custom proposal outlining the services discussed, along with your planning scope, payment schedule, and contract.
Once your signed contract and deposit are received, your date is officially reserved. From there, we begin creating a clear and thoughtful path forward for your wedding planning experience.
III.
Plan
This is where the vision begins to take shape.
You will work closely with Kelly throughout the planning process as she helps guide decisions, organize details, communicate with vendors, refine the design direction, and keep everything moving with clarity and purpose.
Whether you need full-service support, partial planning guidance, or wedding management in the final stages, your experience is tailored to where you are in the process and what your celebration requires.
IV.
Celebrate
When your wedding day arrives, your only job is to be present.
Our team manages the timeline, vendor communication, setup details, logistics, and flow of the celebration so you, your family, and your guests can fully enjoy the day.
Behind the scenes, every detail is carefully coordinated with calm precision, allowing your wedding to unfold beautifully, naturally, and exactly as it should.
